The Boyden House Room Policies:

  • Greeted check-in is offered between 3pm and 5pm. If  you are unsure of your arrival time, we are happy to arrange for a self check-in. Please call or email to notify us of your preferred check-in arrangement.
  • Check out 11:00 am.
  •  Reservations are confirmed upon acceptance and receipt of $100 deposit.
  •  ”No Shows” will be charged 100% of room rate.
  •  Business Rates and extended stays are available upon request.
  • Additional $10 per day fee with more than 2 Adults in a room.
  • Additional $10 per day fee for children over the age of 12.
  •  Two night minimum stay on weekends required from April 1st thru October 31st. A three night minimum stay on in season holidays (ie.Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Coast Guard Festival, Labor Day) In addition to these Holidays and Special Events you must call for availability as some Community Events require longer stays.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to ten days before the arrival date will result in a full refund of any deposit minus a $50.00 administrative fee per room.  If you cancel within the 10 day period, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.  All cancellations require notification by phone and email and require acknowledgement of the cancellation.  No-shows are charged 100% of the entire reservation.  Group Reservations (4 rooms and over), require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will be charged the remaining 50% balance less any rooms we are able to rebook.
  • Damages: You are expected to leave your room in as good a condition as it was given to you. Any damage caused by you to our home inside or outside of your room such as (but not limited to) carpet stains, soiled furnishings or linens, broken windows or appliances will be replaced or cleaned and billed to you via the credit card you have on file.
